Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring an experienced Make Ready for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule in Dallas, Texas. The role performs repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and other amenities; includes painting, carpet cleaning, drywall, tile replacement, lighting, signage, and grounds maintenance. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and must pass background and drug screening. Bilingual ability and HVAC, pool, and electrical certifications are preferred.
