Richmark is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant residential units for new residents, complete basic maintenance work orders, maintain pools, and keep property grounds clean and presentable. The role requires basic repair and maintenance knowledge, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and the ability to provide own tools.
