Description
The Make Ready Technician will maintain the appearance and general upkeep of an apartment complex in Dallas, assist with vacant-unit turnovers and make-readies, respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies, perform grounds work, and support electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of make-ready or groundskeeper experience, personal tools, professional resident interaction, and basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. It is scheduled Monday through Friday with on-call availability and offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employer-matched 401K benefits.
