Envolve is hiring part-time Make Ready Technicians for Avondale Farms in Fort Worth, Texas. The role prepares apartments for resident move-in by removing previous residents' belongings, repairing walls, trim, glass, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems, installing weather stripping, re-keying locks, and reporting major issues. The position requires teamwork, basic writing and reading skills, customer service, and may require weekend duties; some plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and appliance repair knowledge is preferred, with previous multi-family experience requested.
