Ross is hiring a full-time Make Ready Technician to prepare apartment units at Mariposa in Denver, Colorado for resident move-in. The role involves removing previous occupants' belongings, repairing walls, doors, trim, cabinets, glass, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems, installing weather stripping, re-keying locks, and reporting major issues to management. Candidates need basic writing and reading skills, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and appliance repair knowledge, and previous multi-family experience is requested. The pay range is $22.00-$23.00, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
