CAF Management is hiring a full-time onsite Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. The role involves basic repairs, painting, cleaning, inspections, hardware replacement, reporting major repair needs, supporting maintenance work orders, and meeting make-ready timelines. Candidates need experience with basic apartment or home repairs, independent time management, attention to detail, Saturday availability, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include apartment maintenance, turns, or construction experience, bilingual ability, and willingness to grow into a full maintenance technician role.
