Fogelman is hiring an experienced Make Ready Technician to join its team at The Oakley in Union City as the property transitions in mid-September. The role prepares vacant units for new residents by removing and disposing of abandoned items, completing move-out and move-in service requests, painting, inventorying supplies, assisting with maintenance and service requests, and responding to emergency calls as needed.
