Fogelman is hiring an experienced Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant multifamily units for new residents at Creekside at White Oak in the Newnan area. The role involves clearing out and disposing of abandoned items, completing move-out and move-in service requests, painting, inventorying supplies, assisting with maintenance, and responding to emergency calls. The position requires at least three years of Make Ready Technician experience, maintenance skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, including weekend work.
