Morgan Properties is hiring a Make Ready Technician at Canterbury Green Apartments to prepare empty apartment units for residents. The role involves hands-on maintenance, painting, drywall, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical repairs, and related trades, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and participation in an on-call rotation. Compensation is $20.00-$25.00 per hour, with additional quarterly, on-call, rent-discount, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
