The Make Ready Technician prepares vacant apartments for new residents by restoring them to market-ready condition and completing assigned service requests. Responsibilities include exterior lighting, ground equipment repair, caulking, painting, pool maintenance, lock repairs, grounds cleaning, and interior painting, while inspecting apartments, assisting with preventive maintenance, and approving routine repairs. The role requires one year of related apartment-community experience or equivalent education and experience, along with mechanical knowledge, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
