The Make Ready Technician prepares vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, installations, inspections, cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, and other maintenance tasks. The role supports the maintenance team, maintains property standards, handles emergency and on-call work, and travels daily to assigned communities within a 25-mile radius of the primary location. Candidates need prior make-ready or maintenance experience, basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance knowledge, flexible scheduling, and a clean motor vehicle record.
