Description
The Makerspace Team Lead supports LPCPL’s educational and maker initiatives by operating the LPCPL Exchange, supervising support staff, volunteers, and interns, providing customer service and research assistance, managing reservations and equipment, maintaining inventories, conducting safety inspections, and leading assigned projects. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, specialized training, maker or similar-facility experience preferred, maker and STEAM equipment training, strong communication and computer skills, and a valid Indiana driver’s license.
