Description
The Makerspace Tech Student Assistant supports the daily operations of the Cal Poly Maritime Academy Makerspace at the Solano Campus in Vallejo. The part-time, temporary role involves guiding users on hardware, software, and digital tools; maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters, sewing machines, and fabrication tools; assisting with workshops and hands-on instruction; organizing supplies and workstations; and tracking usage statistics. The position pays $17.00 per hour and is open to current Cal Poly Maritime Academy–Solano Campus students.
