Description
The Making Waves Supervisor leads Aquatic and Administrative staff, coaches and mentors employees, supports Head Coaches, Customer Service Representatives, and Swim Instructors, and ensures program quality, safety, compliance, client relations, and operational standards. The role requires LSS National Lifeguard and Lifesaving Instructor certifications, Standard First Aid with CPR-C, a Vulnerable Sector Check, and at least one year of staff-leadership experience. It is an hourly part-time position based in Vaughan, Ontario, with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts and a minimum of two days per week.
