Description
UCB is hiring a Managed Access Program Lead to join its Medical Affairs team in Brussels, Belgium. The role is primarily operational and responsible for translating managed access strategy into program plans, coordinating implementation, managing budgets and medicine allocation, overseeing external service providers, and addressing delivery risks. The position reports to the Head of Managed Access Programs and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of pharmaceutical managed access experience, and hands-on clinical operations and medicine supply experience. The role follows a hybrid-first approach with 40% of time spent in the office.
