Description
The Formulary Solutions Pharmacy Resident is a 12-month post-graduate residency focused on formulary strategy, development, and operational excellence in managed care. The resident will develop evidence-based formulary recommendations, evaluate therapies and market trends, translate clinical and analytical insights into business solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams across commercial, custom, Medicare, and other managed care functions. The role requires a fourth-year pharmacy student or PharmD, US pharmacy licensure within 90 days of residency start, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills. It is hybrid in Saint Louis, Missouri; Bloomington, Minnesota; and Morris Plains, New Jersey, with virtual consideration for candidates outside those areas, and offers an anticipated hourly rate of 22–37 USD plus potential annual bonus participation.
