Radius is hiring an IT Support Engineer to assess, document, and optimize IT infrastructure across customer sites. The role combines onsite IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, site audits, and compliance checks, with a mix of office work and on-site inspections at branches, warehouses, and other locations. Candidates need at least five years of IT support, service desk, or field support engineering experience, along with knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and hardware installation.
