Lighthouse is hiring an Operations Analyst for its India subsidiary to support the Managed Review team. The role covers project status and reviewer productivity reporting, review workspace administration, credentialing, permission management, workflow administration, ad hoc reporting, staffing and onboarding support, and KPI analysis. The position requires analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills, with preferred experience in business operations, analysis, reporting, staffing, or the ediscovery industry, familiarity with Relativity, and a bachelor’s degree. It is performed in an office environment and may require on-call work and evenings or weekends.
