Description
The Managed Services Configuration Associate prepares phones, tablets, and Windows laptops for customers by following build sheets, installing software, enrolling devices, checking connections and settings, testing, labeling, and recording results. The role also handles returns, replacements, and devices being prepared for reuse. It requires hands-on device-setup experience, familiarity with Windows laptops and connectivity, and the ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot routine issues, and maintain accurate records. Training is provided for customer-specific tools, and the role pays 60,000–70,000.
