Description

Huron is seeking a Managed Services Functional SCM Manager to oversee the delivery of managed services to a portfolio of approximately 10 clients. This role involves managing a team of professionals, coordinating service delivery, developing client relationships, and driving operational excellence. The manager will focus on supply chain management within the Oracle SCM Cloud system, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in administering and maintaining Oracle SCM Cloud systems.
Experience leading a team in a managed services or IT services setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Highly desired: Experience with REDWOOD implementation.
Asset: Experience with inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle SCM.
Strong asset: Experience in managed services or working with multiple clients.
Highly desirable: Experience implementing quarterly release features in the SCM area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Nice to have: Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
Deep understanding of managed services concepts, service level agreements, and ITIL frameworks.
Plus: ITIL or other relevant certifications.
