Description
RedHelm is hiring a full-time Technology Intern to provide entry-level, hands-on support for its Managed Services organization. The intern will assist with Tier 1 service desk tickets, MACD tasks, user account and license updates, on-site client support, documentation, and escalation under the direction of a program lead. The role requires basic Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Active Directory and cloud identity familiarity, TCP/IP networking knowledge, and support for business applications, VPN clients, and virtual desktop environments. It is an in-office position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Atlanta, Georgia, with flexible scheduling, local client-site travel, and a comprehensive benefits package.
