Description
AHEAD is hiring a Principal FinOps Engineer to lead complex cloud cost optimization, governance, allocation, reporting, commitment, and AI-enabled FinOps solutions for enterprise client engagements. The role serves as a technical escalation point, designs and oversees FinOps architectures, advises clients at the executive level, develops practice standards and automation, and mentors Cloud FinOps Engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of information technology experience including 5+ years in FinOps or related cloud engineering, customer-facing consulting experience, and expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
