Description
The Accountant will support the Senior Finance Manager and Brazilian Senior Accountant in producing and analysing management and statutory accounts for Brazilian entities. Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, reconciling balance sheets, reviewing accounting entries, compiling accounts for audit, reviewing accruals and pre-payments, maintaining Brazil-specific accounting and tax knowledge, and ensuring financial records comply with applicable standards and legislation. The role requires an AAT qualification or CIMA/ACCA part-qualification, accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and experience with complex tax regulations. It is eligible for inclusion in a hybrid work-from-home policy.
