APCOA is seeking a highly skilled and methodical Management Accountant to take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping processes across their German and Jersey entities. The successful candidate will manage the entire bookkeeping cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with German accounting standards (HGB) and local regulations. Responsibilities also include performing account reconciliations, preparing consolidated financial statements, developing management accounting reports, analyzing financial data, supporting tax reporting, and assisting with financial audits. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in financial software like Microsoft Business Central and Navigen, and excellent Excel skills. A proactive attitude towards process improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.
