Softek LLC is seeking a Management Analyst to support requirements gathering and business analysis for IRS. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into data solutions while supporting IRS modernization and taxpayer-service improvements. Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, process and data-flow analysis, requirements documentation, solution design, testing support, change management, and project reporting. The position requires at least four years of requirements-gathering experience focused on data pipeline or data warehousing initiatives, experience with at least two similar projects, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with data architecture, ETL, analytics platforms, and modern data technologies.
