Summit Federal Services, LLC is hiring a Management Analyst II focused on force design and personnel development for an on-site role in Fort Lee, Virginia, with potential CONUS and OCONUS travel. The position develops Force Design Updates, analyzes personnel data, coordinates with Army stakeholders, maintains force structure systems, supports MOCS updates, participates in planning and assessment teams, and produces data visualizations and monthly reports. Candidates need an active Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of force development experience, and experience with FMSWeb, IPPS-A, PAMWEB, and MOCS; Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro experience is preferred.
