Description
The County Operations Research and Analysis Specialist coordinates special projects, conducts operational research, productivity analyses, financial reviews, cost analyses, and program evaluations, and supports management decision-making. The role also administers grants, oversees contractors and consultants, monitors legislation and compliance, and serves as a liaison to stakeholders and community partners. It requires a master's degree in Public or Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent technical experience and certification, plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the assigned area.
