First Division Consulting is hiring a Management Analyst - Middle to support the Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract. The role conducts life-cycle management reviews and impact assessments, develops policy and planning documents, tracks program performance, manages information and records, handles FOIA requests, maintains program data, conducts research, and supports military customers and process improvement. The position requires at least five years of management analysis experience, preferably in a military or defense environment, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills; U.S. citizenship is required.
