Description
The Management and Compliance Analyst will manage compliance reporting, investigations, corrective actions, software upgrades, training, data changes, special projects, and complex statistical analyses for the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County’s housing and non-housing programs. The role advises directors and program supervisors on compliance risks, regulatory changes, audit findings, and program implications, while developing policies, procedures, reports, and operational systems. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of data management and analysis, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and LIHTC and HCV certifications within six months of hire.
