Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of management or team lead experience in enterprise-level Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or related HR technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management business processes and technologies, with demonstrated expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG WFM Pro/Dimensions).
Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and other labor compliance requirements, leave regulations, overtime calculations, and workforce governance for a global organization having employees working in multiple legislative frameworks.
Experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize workforce management processes and improve business outcomes.
Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile, Lean, Scrum and Kanban delivery frameworks.
Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
