The Management Control area is hiring an Analyst to perform budget control and business analysis for real estate, with a focus on shopping centers. The role involves participating in budget preparation, revenue and expense projections, identifying automation opportunities, and developing Business Intelligence dashboards in collaboration with Systems, Processes, and BI teams. Candidates should be studying or close to graduating in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or a related field, have Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, and demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills; knowledge of AI and Power BI is valued.
