Our client, a small banking entity based in Monaco, is seeking a Management Controller to support the Bank's management steering and assist with administrative, regulatory, and Middle Office tasks. This role involves tracking and analyzing financial positions, performing ad-hoc analyses, monitoring cash management, managing retrocessions and flat fees, ensuring follow-ups on cross-functional projects, controlling regulatory statistics, supervising tax and regulatory filings, reviewing accounting documents, handling banking secretarial tasks, monitoring foreign exchange, providing flexibility within the team, and regularly reporting progress.
