Pro à Pro is hiring a Management Controller on a fixed-term contract to support a maternity-leave replacement. Reporting to the Director of Management Control, the role manages monthly closings, reconciles margins through bridge tables, analyzes income statements and financial and HR indicators, participates in performance reviews, communicates performance and improvement topics to the group, and completes ad hoc studies. The position requires a Bac +5 qualification in management control and equivalent experience, with BI tools, advanced Excel, AS400 knowledge, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and fluent English preferred or required.
