INOCEL is creating a Management Controller role to support its growth and structure financial management tools. The position builds and manages management control systems, monitors budgets and variances, produces financial reports and performance indicators, supports forecasting and cash-flow monitoring, contributes to ERP deployment, and supports industrialization, international development, and financing projects. Candidates need higher education in finance, management control, or an equivalent field, experience in management control in an industrial or high-growth environment, proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and BI environments, analytical and communication skills, and fluent English. The role offers health insurance, meal vouchers, and remote work one day per week, with compensation to be determined based on profile and experience.
