Auberge Collection offers a 12-month on-property Management Development Program (MDP) with 80% work experience and 20% professional development, divided into service and department knowledge and management, leadership, and soft skills phases. Candidates select a Food & Beverage, Culinary, or Rooms focus area and a preferred property location; the program is designed for United States hospitality-school students or graduates, with prior hospitality experience preferred. Upon completion, participants may be placed into a management role based on availability and relocation willingness.
