Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a 12-month Management Development Program for recent graduates or those within two years of graduation, rotating participants through resort departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Safety & Security, Food & Beverage, and Facilities. The program provides practical work experience, leadership development, mentorship, and operational training. It is a non-exempt management position paid at $25.00 to $27.41 per hour depending on location, with overtime paid according to applicable law, and requires a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program, a valid driver’s license where applicable, and preferably hospitality or resort operations experience.
