EMCO Corporation is hiring full-time Management Development Program Trainees across Canada. The 3.5- to 4-year program covers warehouse and customer service, customer relationships and procurement, account management and proactive sales, and leadership and operations, with the goal of preparing trainees for management roles at Canadian profit-center locations. Candidates need a university degree or college diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a strong interest in sales, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a base salary of $52,500 plus profit sharing, benefits, pension, and relocation assistance.
