EMCO Corporation is hiring full-time Management Development Program Trainees across Canada for a 3.5- to 4-year, four-phase program covering warehouse and customer service, customer relationships and procurement, account management and proactive sales, and leadership and operations. The role includes developing a sales territory, providing customer service, managing customer and vendor relationships, and progressing toward a management position at a Canadian Profit Center. Candidates need a university degree or college diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a strong interest in sales, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a base salary of $52,500 plus profit sharing, benefits, pension, and relocation assistance.
