Description
ProLift Rigging is hiring a 12-month Management in Training (MIT) candidate for its Project Development Representative track. The MIT will be based in person at the Downers Grove, Illinois office, work approximately 50 hours per week, and travel regularly to company branches, customer locations, jobsites, training programs, and trade shows. The program progresses from learning and observation through participation, ownership, and demonstrated sales capability, with relocation to a branch required upon successful completion. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office, and authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
