Description
The IT Systems Support Associate installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains computer hardware, software, telephony, network, server, and manufacturing equipment; provides Tier I/II technical support; manages ITSM tickets, incidents, requests, and root-cause analysis; supports ERP and other enterprise systems; maintains documentation and asset records; and provides user training. The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of manufacturing or distribution experience, and certifications such as A+, Network+, CCENT, and optionally ITIL Foundations. It involves variable shifts, weekends, confined spaces, heavy lifting, and potentially refrigerated or high-temperature environments.
