Management Liability Practice Leader at Ledgebrook

Ledgebrook is hiring a fully remote Management Liability Practice Lead to build and scale a profitable specialty lines book from the ground up. The role combines wholesale E&S underwriting, primary and excess portfolio management, broker development, reinsurance treaty negotiation, talent recruitment, and strategic risk decision-making. Candidates need at least 10 years of wholesale E&S experience, strong underwriting and communication skills, and adaptability in a startup environment; MGA, delegated authority, reinsurance, and broker licensing experience are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $165,000–$215,000, health, dental, vision, retirement, and equity benefits, and is open only to U.S. candidates authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
