Description
The Management and Program Analyst II provides management and program analysis for the FAALC, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, workflow development, resource and manpower utilization analysis, compliance monitoring, project reporting, and performance metrics. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a business administration bachelor's degree or an accounting or business associate degree, at least four years of high-level administrative support experience involving budgeting and process documentation, and the ability to obtain a security clearance for access to government facilities.
