Description
This is an entry-level Management Trainee position focused on the Operations Management Trainee Program. It's a 16-week intensive training program aimed at preparing individuals for a leadership/supervisory role in operations. Key responsibilities include learning transportation industry basics, mastering cross-dock operations efficiency, developing leadership communication, and honing relationship-building skills. Candidates will complete a leadership training program involving guided study and daily interaction with support center and service center associates. They'll also accompany account managers during sales calls and observe drivers on delivery routes.
