This is an entry-level Management Trainee position focused on preparing individuals for a leadership/supervisory role in operations. It involves participating in an intensive 16-week training program under the guidance of a mentor, covering topics such as transportation industry principles, cross-dock operations efficiency, leadership communication, and relationship-building skills. Candidates will complete a leadership training program, interface with internal teams, accompany account managers during sales calls, and observe drivers on delivery routes.
