Description
Kenny U-Pull is hiring a management trainee for a six-month, hands-on, field-based development program in Quebec, with rotations across call center, dispatch, car purchasing and sales, marketing, customer service, operations, systems, accident and injury investigation, training, and health and safety. The trainee will work with frontline employees, develop leadership and coaching skills, and eventually lead branch operations, retail activities, vehicle purchasing and sales, and employee support. Candidates must be graduates of a college, university, or trade school, have 5 to 10 years of retail or customer service experience, and have 3 to 5 years of management experience.
