AMINA is seeking a Management Trainee for its Trading & Treasury function to gain exposure to global financial and digital asset markets, trading operations, market-making, pricing, risk management, quantitative research, and trading systems. The role includes hands-on market analysis, data interpretation, automation projects, and rotational assignments, with progression into specialized trading or quantitative research roles. Candidates must have an MBA or related degree, a quantitative bachelor’s degree, relevant internship or work experience, knowledge of financial instruments, strong quantitative and communication skills, and willingness to work in a 24/7 market environment.
