Clevrly ManCo LLC is hiring a Management Trainee to develop into a Branch General Manager through hands-on rotation across operations, sales, field execution, people management, and financial performance. The role involves managing field technicians and supervisors, overseeing scheduling and dispatch, coaching sales and service teams, supporting hiring and performance management, tracking KPIs and P&L metrics, and leading cross-departmental initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree preferred, 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, comfort with numbers and performance metrics, and willingness to work in the field and office as needed. The position offers a path to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch General Manager, and regional leadership roles, with a stated salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year.
