PADNOS is hiring a management trainee to rotate through company areas for nine months or more while developing leadership, operational, and metal-commodity knowledge. The role involves supervising and mentoring employees, inspecting incoming materials, maintaining inventory and receiving records, operating equipment, supporting scale-buyer training, and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or management experience, two years of construction or facilities experience, a valid driver’s license, strong customer service and computer skills, and willingness to work outdoors and travel to various yards.
