schuh is hiring a Management Trainee for its Inverness Park store. The 37.5-hour role, scheduled five days out of seven until up to 8:30 p.m., provides training in retail and people management with progression toward Deputy Manager roles. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, delivering excellent customer service, recruiting and training staff, achieving targets and KPIs, maintaining operational excellence, supporting visual merchandising and commercial decisions, and following company policies. The employer prefers supervisory experience in customer service or retail but provides full training.
