Description
The Management Trainee will join a schuh store in Liverpool Shopping Park and receive comprehensive training in retail and people management. The role involves coaching and developing teams, delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience, recruiting and training new staff, setting and achieving KPIs, supporting operational excellence, promoting the brand, making commercial decisions within visual merchandising guidelines, and following company policies. Previous supervisory or retail experience is preferable, but full training is provided.
